It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of brother Shan "Murcielago" Chikonka from our Alpha Beta chapter at the University of Minnesota. Brother Shan passed away on February 5th and leaves behind a grieving family and chapter.
Deuce of the Xi Line at the University of Minnesota, Shan joined Sigma Lambda Beta on May 17, 2008 with two other men. Shan will be remembered for his amazing smile, positivity, and passion. He was the type of brother that made time for everyone no matter how much or little time he had and was such a kind soul who would go out of his way to help anyone.
At this time we have closed the fundraiser for Brother Shan's family. We thank all of you who were able to support.
