Those that knew Perris would describe him as charismatic, energetic, lovable, a true friend, and much more. Perris was the kind of person that would stop what he’s doing in a heartbeat to help out a friend in need, no questions asked. His personality inspired those closest to him and made others gravitate towards him. Perris was the most lovable person and embraced everyone with open arms. He has touched the lives of countless people and his impact will continue to be felt for years to come.
